  • Elected as Williamson County Commissioner for Precinct Two in 2006
  • Appointed by her fellow Commissioners to represent Williamson County on the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) where she serves as Chairman of the CAMPO Finance Committee.
  • Serves on the Capitol Area Council of Government Executive Committee.
  • Cynthia is the Executive Sponsor for the County’s Public Safety Technology Project.
  • Elected Vice-President of the Williamson County Conservation Foundation
  • Served on the Planning and Zoning Commission in Cedar Park from 1992 to 1995 and 2002 to 2006 where she served as Vice-Chair.
  • In 1995, Cynthia was elected to City Council in Cedar Park and served for 4 years and served one year as Mayor Pro-Tem.
  • Served on the Round Rock Medical Center Board, the Greater Williamson County YMCA Board, and was the founding Chairman of the Board for the Twin Lakes YMCA.
  • She has volunteered on many campaigns and served as Vice-Chairman of the Williamson County Republican Party.
  • Currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cedar Park Regional Medical Center.
  • Cynthia has been married to Donn for 27 years and they have one awesome daughter, age 15.
  • She and Donn have been active members of Hill Country Bible Church since 1989 .

  • Cynthia attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a BBA in Business Analysis.
  • Upon graduation, Cynthia began working in the technology field in the private and public sector.
  • She worked in various technical positions before moving into IT management, working for the State of Texas.
  • She started her own information technology consulting company in 1997 and has worked for clients in the U.S., Europe, Central America and South America.
